Are you ready to immerse yourself in a world full of books, magic and adventure? Then we have great news! Saturday 25 January is finally here: Once Upon a Bookshop officially opens its doors to the general public. After months of preparations, we are eager to welcome you to our brand new fantasy bookstore in the Hoeksche Waard.
Opening hours (from January 25)
We are happy to welcome you during our regular opening hours, although there are still options for a visit by appointment:
- Saturday (13:00 – 17:30)
(We are closed on trade fair days. Check our event page or Google for current trade fairs and opening hours.) - Wednesday (1:00 PM – 4:00 PM)
- Thursday (6:30 PM – 9:00 PM)
Can't make it on these days or times? No problem! Feel free to schedule an appointment with us for another time. We're happy to think along with you, so you can browse through our fairytale books and unique collectables at your leisure.

Vanaf heden kunnen lokale lezers zich inschrijven voor onze Once Upon a Bookclub.
Iedere maand kiezen we een boek om te lezen, waarna we tijdens een gezellige bijeenkomst in onze shop in gesprek gaan over de verhalen en avonturen die het boek te bieden heeft. Het is de perfecte gelegenheid om nieuwe boeken te ontdekken, inspirerende discussies te voeren en jouw passie voor fantasy te delen met gelijkgestemden.
